What it is for
This is one of the objects in our catalogue that does not fit a neat family. Its options and print area below say what it can carry.
Read the product spec below for the materials and dimensions.
UV printing
UV printing jets ink onto the surface and cures it instantly with ultraviolet light, which lets it print directly on rigid and coated materials.
Colour is dense and edges are sharp. On clear or coloured materials a white layer can be laid under the colour so it does not look washed out.
The ink sits on the surface with a very slight raised texture.
Designs that suit it
A design made at the print size listed below, centred on the printable face.
The print area is on the front: 2,427 × 1,635 pixels, about 8.1 × 5.5 in at 300 dpi — a wide, landscape area. The studio generates the design at that size, so it is printed from a full-resolution file rather than an enlarged preview.
Photographs, sharp graphics and type on hard surfaces. Less suited: very thin lines on textured surfaces, where the ink follows the grain.
Sentences that would suit it
“A pale pink rose like an old botanical print, for Grandma”
China or Bengal Rose, from Les Roses, Pierre-Joseph Redouté, 1817–24 (adapted). Public domain. Shown on our example unisex heavy cotton tee.
“Three peaches on a dark ground for the kitchen of our new house”
Peaches, from Pomona Britannica, George Brookshaw, 1812 (adapted). Public domain. Shown on our example mug 11oz.
“The café where we met, on a warm night”
Café Terrace at Night, Vincent van Gogh, 1888. Public domain. Shown on our example mug 11oz.
Examples by Vessim: public-domain art and our own lettering, not studio output. The studio designs yours from your sentence.
Where it is printed, and when it arrives
It is printed to order in Putian City, Fujian, China, then shipped: 7–15 business days to Canada ($13.00 CAD for the first item) and 7–15 business days to the US ($15.47 CAD). Each window counts from the day the order is placed and includes printing.
Because it is printed outside North America, import duties or taxes may apply on arrival.
To arrive by Christmas 2026 with standard shipping, order by December 4 for Canada and December 4 for the US — that is the Wood Panel Painting's own longest window counted back from December 25.
How it compares with our other products
- Of the 49 products in the catalogue, none costs less than this one and 46 cost more.
- Its longest delivery time to Canada, 15 business days, is the same as the family's median of 15; 1 other product arrives sooner.

Before you order
How long does the Wood Panel Painting take to arrive?
To Canada, 7–15 business days, with first-item shipping at $13.00 CAD; to the US, 7–15 business days ($15.47 CAD). It is printed to order in Putian City, Fujian, China, and the window counts from the day you order, printing included.
Can I put a photo on the Wood Panel Painting?
Yes. UV printing reproduces photographs in full colour on hard surfaces, with sharp edges. The print file is 2427 × 1635 pixels on the front, so a photo should be at least that size to print sharply.
When should I order the Wood Panel Painting for Christmas?
With standard shipping, by December 4 to Canada and December 4 to the US. Those dates count this product's longest delivery window back from December 25 in business days. Express shipping at checkout, where it is offered, shortens the window.
How do I look after the Wood Panel Painting?
It is UV-printed, and that sets the care. Wipe clean with a soft, damp cloth. No abrasive cleaners or scouring pads on the printed surface.
