One is the minimum. More is cheaper.
There is no minimum order and never has been. There are still real savings at volume, and this page says exactly where they come from rather than hiding them behind a quote form.

Where the saving actually comes from
Most of the cost of a printed item is the item and the print, and neither gets much cheaper with scale — printing forty hoodies one at a time costs roughly forty times printing one. What does get cheaper is everything around it: one design approval instead of forty, one production batch queued together, and consolidated shipping where parcels go to one address.
So the discount is real but it is smaller than the industry’s usual headline, and it is largest when the run is identical and ships to one place. A forty-unit order of the same hoodie to one office saves considerably more than forty different products to forty homes — which is also the honest reason a “50% off at 100 units” banner is usually hiding a higher base price.
Where the breaks sit
| Units, same design | Off the unit price | Shipping |
|---|---|---|
| 1–24 | List price | Per parcel |
| 25–99 | 5% | Free to one address |
| 100–249 | 10% | Free to one address |
| 250+ | Quoted | Free, any split |
Breaks are counted per design, not per order: eighty hoodies carrying one logo is a hundred-unit conversation, eighty different personalised designs is not. Mixed sizes and colours of the same design all count together.
Shipping to many addresses
A run can ship to one address or to every recipient individually, and the discount does not change — only the shipping line does. Per-address shipping is charged at cost on runs under 250 units and included above it. Forty parcels to forty homes produce forty tracking numbers in one dashboard; nobody has to forward anything. See how a run works.
Reorders
An approved design stays on file and the unit price is held for ninety days, so a second batch for new hires costs what the first did — including a batch of one. Past ninety days we requote against the partner’s current blank cost, which moves with cotton and freight and is the one input we do not control.
Getting a number
Under 250 units, the discount is applied at checkout automatically and no quote is needed. At 250 or above, or for anything with a deadline attached, send the brief and you will have a written quote within one business day — unit price, shipping, tax and the production window, with no setup fee and no artwork charge.
What we will not do
We will not quote a price we cannot hold, and we will not promise a date the carrier controls. If a deadline is genuinely tight the honest answer is sometimes no — you will get that answer in a day rather than a deposit invoice and a problem in week three. The bulk orders page covers the operational side.
If you can imagine it, we can create it.
Anything, designed from a sentence, printed by a partner near you, shipped to the door.
