Ordering
How does it work?
Describe the gift, or upload a photo. Vessim designs three options on the product you choose (or picks one for you). Pick a design, tweak it, and check out. We print it and ship it to the recipient.
Do I need to be a designer?
No. Plain English is enough. You can also upload a photo, a logo, or a sketch and we build from that.
Can I change the design after I see it?
Yes. Redesigns are free and unlimited before you order. You can edit the text, swap the style, or start over.
Is there a subscription?
No. You pay per gift. There is nothing to cancel.
Shipping
Where do you ship?
Canada and the United States today. Most orders print in the country they ship to, so there are no surprise duties.
When will it arrive?
Use the delivery-date checker. Enter a postal code and a product, and we show the date before you pay. Most gifts arrive in 4–7 business days.
What's the holiday cutoff?
For Christmas with standard shipping, order by Nov 13 for Canada and Dec 18 for the US. Those dates use the slowest delivery window in our catalog; most products arrive sooner, and the delivery-date checker shows the exact window per product.
Design
Who owns the design?
You do. We don't resell or reuse your designs, photos or prompts.
What if the print isn't right?
We reprint it or refund it. Send a photo within 30 days.
Can I use copyrighted characters or logos?
Not without permission. Our content policy explains what we can and can't print.
If you can imagine it, we can create it.
