Where we ship

Canada and the United States, to any street address or PO box the carrier accepts. We don’t ship elsewhere yet. Most of our 2,600+ products are printed by partners inside the destination country, so there are no surprise duties at the door.

You can ship straight to the recipient. Enter their address, not yours; the packing slip never shows a price, and you still get the tracking.

Delivery windows

Windows are business days from the moment you order, and they include printing. They are per product, because a mug and a hoodie are made by different partners in different places.

“Typical” is the median across the catalog; “up to” covers three quarters of products. The product page and the delivery-date checker show the exact window for the thing you’re buying.

How estimates work

Each print partner publishes a standard shipping window per destination. We take the one for your product and destination, add it to today in business days, and show you the date. We don’t round it down to look faster.

Express options, where a partner offers them, are shown at checkout with their own date.

Holiday cutoffs

For Christmas delivery with standard shipping, order by Nov 13 for Canada and Dec 18 for the United States. Those dates are set by the slower products in the catalog, so many gifts ordered later will still arrive in time. The checker will tell you, product by product.

• Cutoffs assume a complete address and an approved design at the time of ordering.
• Carrier delays in the last week before the 25th are outside our control. We’ll show you the tracking the moment it exists.

Duties and taxes

Prices are in Canadian dollars. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout from the delivery address. Because most products are printed in the destination country, duties rarely apply; when a product must cross the border, we say so on the product page.

Tracking

Every order has a page at makevessim.com/track with four steps: Designed, Printing, Shipped, Delivered. The carrier’s tracking number appears at Shipped. You’ll also get an email at each step.

Address changes and cancellations

You can change the address or cancel for free until printing starts, usually within a few hours of ordering. After that the item exists, so we can’t cancel it, but we can still redirect the parcel with the carrier where they allow it.
