What it is for
Glassware is for evenings and occasions: a whisky glass for a retirement, a pint glass for a birthday, a set for a wedding.
On clear glass there is no white background behind the print; very pale colours almost disappear.
Digital printing
Digital printing is high-resolution inkjet: pigment ink is laid onto paper, canvas, card or a label in fine dots.
It has the widest colour range of any method here, and the finest detail, which is why it is used for art prints.
The finish depends on the stock — matte, satin or gloss — not on the ink.
Designs that suit it
Glass suits line work, monograms, names and dates. Light shows through it, so clean single-tone designs read better than photographs.
The print area is on the front: 825 × 637 pixels, about 2.8 × 2.1 in at 300 dpi — a roughly square area. The studio generates the design at that size, so it is printed from a full-resolution file rather than an enlarged preview.
Photographs, paintings, maps and fine type. Less suited: very large flat areas of a single dark colour on matte stock, which can show slight banding up close.
Sentences that would suit it

Where it is printed, and when it arrives
It is printed to order in North Mankato, MN, United States, then shipped: 10–30 business days to Canada ($26.84 CAD for the first item) and 2–5 business days to the US ($11.91 CAD). Each window counts from the day the order is placed and includes printing.
Printed in North America, so it ships without an overseas leg and no import duties apply within North America.
To arrive by Christmas 2026 with standard shipping, order by November 13 for Canada and December 18 for the US — that is the Whiskey Glass's own longest window counted back from December 25.
How it compares with our other glassware
- Of the 31 glassware in the catalogue, 6 cost less and 24 cost more.
- Its longest delivery time to Canada, 30 business days, is the same as the family's median of 30; 4 other glassware arrive sooner.

Before you order
How long does the Whiskey Glass take to arrive?
To Canada, 10–30 business days, with first-item shipping at $26.84 CAD; to the US, 2–5 business days ($11.91 CAD). It is printed to order in North Mankato, MN, United States, and the window counts from the day you order, printing included.
Can I put a photo on the Whiskey Glass?
Yes. Digital printing is the best method here for photographs: the widest colour range and the finest detail. The print file is 825 × 637 pixels on the front, so a photo should be at least that size to print sharply.
When should I order the Whiskey Glass for Christmas?
With standard shipping, by November 13 to Canada and December 18 to the US. Those dates count this product's longest delivery window back from December 25 in business days. Express shipping at checkout, where it is offered, shortens the window.
How do I look after the Whiskey Glass?
It is digitally printed, and that sets the care. Keep away from damp and long periods of direct sun. Dust with a dry, soft cloth; no liquids on the print.
