What it is for
A cap is decorated on a small curved front panel, which makes it the place for a mark rather than a picture.
Caps are usually adjustable one-size; the front panel height is what limits the design, not the size.
Embroidery
Embroidery stitches the design in polyester thread. The artwork is converted into stitch paths, one thread colour at a time.
Colours are thread colours — a limited set, typically up to around a dozen in one design — so gradients and photographs cannot be reproduced.
The design is raised and textured, and it outlasts any ink: it will not crack, peel or fade in the wash.
Designs that suit it
A short word, an initial, a simple logo or a small emblem. Wide designs wrap around the curve and lose their edges.
The print area is on the back: 600 × 300 pixels, about 2.0 × 1.0 in at 300 dpi — a wide, landscape area. The studio generates the design at that size, so it is printed from a full-resolution file rather than an enlarged preview.
Monograms, initials, short words, simple logos and bold shapes. Less suited: photographs, gradients and lettering smaller than about 5 mm tall, which closes up in thread.
Sentences that would suit it

“Shirts for the family's week at the lake, sun over the water”

“Leavers' shirts for the class of 2026”

“Shirts for our team offsite in Banff, with the mountains”

Examples by Vessim: public-domain art and our own lettering, not studio output. The studio designs yours from your sentence.
Where it is printed, and when it arrives
It is printed to order in Miami, FL, United States, then shipped: 5–15 business days to Canada ($13.28 CAD for the first item) and 2–5 business days to the US ($6.43 CAD). Each window counts from the day the order is placed and includes printing.
Printed in North America, so it ships without an overseas leg and no import duties apply within North America.
To arrive by Christmas 2026 with standard shipping, order by December 4 for Canada and December 18 for the US — that is the Snapback's own longest window counted back from December 25.

Looking after it
- Spot clean where you can; a cap or beanie keeps its shape best out of the machine.
- If you must wash it, cold and by hand, then reshape and air dry.
- Do not iron over the stitches.
Before you order
How long does the Snapback take to arrive?
To Canada, 5–15 business days, with first-item shipping at $13.28 CAD; to the US, 2–5 business days ($6.43 CAD). It is printed to order in Miami, FL, United States, and the window counts from the day you order, printing included.
Can I put a photo on the Snapback?
No. Thread cannot reproduce a photograph or a gradient. A photo can be simplified into a bold outline or silhouette, which embroiders well. The print file is 600 × 300 pixels on the back, so a photo should be at least that size to print sharply.
What colours does the Snapback come in?
15 colours, including Black, Aqua blue/Black/Black, Black/Charcoal gray/Charcoal gray, Black/Gray/Gray, Black/Red/Red, Black/White/White, Charcoal Gray, Gold/Black/Black.
When should I order the Snapback for Christmas?
With standard shipping, by December 4 to Canada and December 18 to the US. Those dates count this product's longest delivery window back from December 25 in business days. Express shipping at checkout, where it is offered, shortens the window.
How do I look after the Snapback?
It is embroidered, and that sets the care. Spot clean where you can; a cap or beanie keeps its shape best out of the machine. If you must wash it, cold and by hand, then reshape and air dry. Do not iron over the stitches.
