What it is for
A mouse pad or desk mat sits under someone's hands all day at work.
The mouse covers the lower right on most desks; put the important part of the picture elsewhere.
Dye sublimation
Sublimation prints the design onto transfer paper with dye ink; heat then turns the dye into a gas that bonds into a polyester coating or polyester fibre.
Colour becomes part of the surface rather than a layer on top, so it is vivid and does not crack or peel. It cannot print white: white in a design shows as the colour of the item itself, which is why sublimated items are white or pale.
There is no texture at all — on fabric you cannot feel the print, and on a mug it is under a smooth coating.
Designs that suit it
Landscape images, maps and patterns suit the shape. A desk mat is large enough for a full scene.
The print area is on the front: 2,894 × 2,421 pixels, about 9.6 × 8.1 in at 300 dpi — a roughly square area. The studio generates the design at that size, so it is printed from a full-resolution file rather than an enlarged preview.
Full-colour photographs, paintings and edge-to-edge patterns. Less suited: designs that rely on white ink, and important detail right at seams, handles or edges where the transfer wraps.
Sentences that would suit it

Where it is printed, and when it arrives
It is printed to order in Prague, Czechia, then shipped: 5–15 business days to Canada ($14.23 CAD for the first item) and 5–15 business days to the US ($32.04 CAD). Each window counts from the day the order is placed and includes printing.
Because it is printed outside North America, import duties or taxes may apply on arrival.
To arrive by Christmas 2026 with standard shipping, order by December 4 for Canada and December 4 for the US — that is the Mouse Pad (EU)'s own longest window counted back from December 25.
How it compares with our other mouse pads and desk mats
- Of the 12 mouse pads and desk mats in the catalogue, 5 cost less and 6 cost more.
- Its longest delivery time to Canada, 15 business days, is the same as the family's median of 15; 1 other mouse pad arrives sooner.
- 9 of the 12 are printed in North America; this one is printed in Czechia.

Before you order
How long does the Mouse Pad (EU) take to arrive?
To Canada, 5–15 business days, with first-item shipping at $14.23 CAD; to the US, 5–15 business days ($32.04 CAD). It is printed to order in Prague, Czechia, and the window counts from the day you order, printing included.
Can I put a photo on the Mouse Pad (EU)?
Yes. Sublimation reproduces photographs in full colour with no texture. White areas print as the item's own colour, so a photo with a white background blends into it. The print file is 2894 × 2421 pixels on the front, so a photo should be at least that size to print sharply.
When should I order the Mouse Pad (EU) for Christmas?
With standard shipping, by December 4 to Canada and December 4 to the US. Those dates count this product's longest delivery window back from December 25 in business days. Express shipping at checkout, where it is offered, shortens the window.
How do I look after the Mouse Pad (EU)?
It is sublimation-printed, and that sets the care. Wash cold, inside out. Tumble dry low. No bleach; the colour is in the fibre, so it will not crack.
