A crewneck sweatshirt is the hoodie's quieter sibling: no hood, no pocket, a clean front from collar to hem.

Ribbed cuffs and hem are not printable; the design sits on the body panel.

Sublimation prints the design onto transfer paper with dye ink; heat then turns the dye into a gas that bonds into a polyester coating or polyester fibre.

Colour becomes part of the surface rather than a layer on top, so it is vivid and does not crack or peel. It cannot print white: white in a design shows as the colour of the item itself, which is why sublimated items are white or pale.

There is no texture at all — on fabric you cannot feel the print, and on a mug it is under a smooth coating.

How we check print quality

With no pocket in the way, the whole chest is available. Collegiate type, an arched word, or a centred image all work; so does a small mark high on the left.

The print area is on the left chest: 1,200 × 1,050 pixels, about 4.0 × 3.5 in at 300 dpi — a roughly square area. The studio generates the design at that size, so it is printed from a full-resolution file rather than an enlarged preview.

Full-colour photographs, paintings and edge-to-edge patterns. Less suited: designs that rely on white ink, and important detail right at seams, handles or edges where the transfer wraps.

It is printed to order in Miami, FL, United States, then shipped: 5–15 business days to Canada ($13.28 CAD for the first item) and 2–5 business days to the US ($5.47 CAD). Each window counts from the day the order is placed and includes printing.
