What it is for
A T-shirt is the most-worn thing anyone owns, which makes it the gift most likely to be seen. It is also the most forgiving to design for: a flat, generous front panel and a fabric that takes ink well.
Fit varies more between T-shirt cuts than between brands of mug; if the person has a shirt they wear constantly, measure that one against the size guide.
All-over print
Each panel of the item is printed flat by sublimation before it is cut and sewn, so the design can cover the whole surface — across seams, sleeves and hems.
Colours are bright and permanent, on polyester-rich fabric. Because pieces are sewn individually, pattern alignment at the seams varies slightly from item to item.
Smooth, with no print texture; the fabric feels like a sports garment.
Designs that suit it
A single image centred on the chest, a short line of type, or a photo treated as a print all read well from across a room. Keep anything important out of the armpit seams and the bottom few centimetres, which fold out of sight when it is tucked or worn.
The print area is on the front: 3,226 × 2,891 pixels, about 10.8 × 9.6 in at 300 dpi — a roughly square area. The studio generates the design at that size, so it is printed from a full-resolution file rather than an enlarged preview.
Repeating patterns, textures and large scenes that look good cut at any point. Less suited: faces or text placed across a seam, where the panels meet.

Where it is printed, and when it arrives
It is printed to order in Hendersonville, NC, United States, then shipped: 5–15 business days to Canada ($13.14 CAD for the first item) and 2–5 business days to the US ($8.07 CAD). Each window counts from the day the order is placed and includes printing.
Printed in North America, so it ships without an overseas leg and no import duties apply within North America.

Before you order
How long does the Crop Tee take to arrive?
To Canada, 5–15 business days, with first-item shipping at $13.14 CAD; to the US, 2–5 business days ($8.07 CAD). It is printed to order in Hendersonville, NC, United States, and the window counts from the day you order, printing included.
Can I put a photo on the Crop Tee?
Yes, but think of it as a pattern: a single photograph is stretched across several panels and cut by seams. Tiled photos and textures work best. The print file is 3226 × 2891 pixels on the front, so a photo should be at least that size to print sharply.
What sizes and colours does the Crop Tee come in?
6 sizes: XS, S, M, L, XL, 2XL. 2 colours: Black stitching, White stitching. The size guide has measurements for each.
When should I order the Crop Tee for Christmas?
With standard shipping, by December 4 to Canada and December 18 to the US. Those dates count this product's longest delivery window back from December 25 in business days. Express shipping at checkout, where it is offered, shortens the window.
How do I look after the Crop Tee?
It is printed all over, and that sets the care. Wash cold, inside out, with similar colours. Line dry or tumble low; polyester dries quickly. Do not iron over the print at high heat.
