What it is for
Laptop sleeves, phone stands and similar accessories are useful objects with a small surface for a design.
Check the device size in the options before ordering.
Dye sublimation
Sublimation prints the design onto transfer paper with dye ink; heat then turns the dye into a gas that bonds into a polyester coating or polyester fibre.
Colour becomes part of the surface rather than a layer on top, so it is vivid and does not crack or peel. It cannot print white: white in a design shows as the colour of the item itself, which is why sublimated items are white or pale.
There is no texture at all — on fabric you cannot feel the print, and on a mug it is under a smooth coating.
Designs that suit it
Patterns, initials and simple images.
The print area is on the front: 1,130 × 946 pixels, about 3.8 × 3.2 in at 300 dpi — a roughly square area. The studio generates the design at that size, so it is printed from a full-resolution file rather than an enlarged preview.
Full-colour photographs, paintings and edge-to-edge patterns. Less suited: designs that rely on white ink, and important detail right at seams, handles or edges where the transfer wraps.

Before you order
How long does the AirPod Cases take to arrive?
To Canada, 5–15 business days, with first-item shipping at $25.74 CAD; to the US, 2–5 business days ($6.01 CAD). It is printed to order in Brookfield, WI, United States, and the window counts from the day you order, printing included.
Can I put a photo on the AirPod Cases?
Yes. Sublimation reproduces photographs in full colour with no texture. White areas print as the item's own colour, so a photo with a white background blends into it. The print file is 1130 × 946 pixels on the front, so a photo should be at least that size to print sharply.
What sizes does the AirPod Cases come in?
6 sizes: AirPods Pro Gen 1, AirPods Gen 1, AirPods Pro Gen 2, AirPods Gen 2, AirPods Gen 3, AirPods Gen 4.
When should I order the AirPod Cases for Christmas?
With standard shipping, by December 4 to Canada and December 18 to the US. Those dates count this product's longest delivery window back from December 25 in business days. Express shipping at checkout, where it is offered, shortens the window.
How do I look after the AirPod Cases?
It is sublimation-printed, and that sets the care. Wipe clean with a soft, damp cloth. No abrasive cleaners or solvents on the printed face.
